




In a time when life feels increasingly noisy, fast, and demanding, silence becomes a rare kind of luxury—one that gently brings you back to your most natural state. It offers space to pause, breathe, and remember what has always lived within you: love, joy, beauty, freedom, strength, and wisdom.
Have you ever longed for the feeling of being carefree, alive, and fully at ease? Silence creates the conditions for that return. As the mind settles, what lies beneath the surface can rise with clarity: hidden tensions, emotional patterns, fears, and restlessness. In that space, healing can begin. Many guests describe their experience as a true before-and-after moment—deeply moving and life-changing.
The Power of Silence
This retreat is designed to be gentle and unforced, while still opening the door to profound transformation. Sharing silence as a group creates a unique atmosphere where masks naturally fall away and authenticity can emerge. Throughout the week, participants remain silent, while Juno, Tijn, Daphne, and Mario guide the experience through meditations, inspiration classes, and Qi Gong and yoga sessions. Because the retreat welcomes an international group, these guided sessions are held in English.
Bringing Silence Home
Beyond the retreat itself, you will also receive tools to carry silence into daily life. Even a few minutes of quiet meditation each day can have a meaningful impact on work, relationships, health, and overall happiness. Silence helps you reconnect with a sense of flow—that effortless, expansive state where life feels more open and alive.
The retreat begins with the introduction on arrival day, after which silence is observed for the rest of the week. Each morning starts with Qi Gong led by Mario Santoni, followed by meditation with Tijn. After breakfast, Tijn offers an inspiration class to help you work with whatever arises in silence. The day continues with conscious, silent Me-Time, giving you space to reflect, receive, and use the tools provided. Before and after siesta, there are group meditation sessions, and each evening ends with Yin Yoga with Daphne followed by meditation. On departure day, silence is gently broken after breakfast so there is time to put the week’s experience into words.
Qi Gong & Yin Yoga
Qi Gong is a soft yet powerful practice that supports deep connection with the breath, body, and energy. Through slow, flowing movements and mindful attention, it helps awaken life force energy and restores balance, vitality, and inner peace. Yin Yoga works through the chakras and meridians, linking the physical, emotional, and mental layers of the body. By holding postures for longer periods, the practice supports joint mobility, stimulates connective tissue, relaxes the muscles, and creates a deeply calming effect on the nervous system. It also invites non-judgmental awareness, helping you witness thoughts and emotions with greater clarity.
Detox & Nutrition
During the retreat, you will be nourished with medicinal food designed to support relaxation and detoxification. The meals are vegetarian and do not include meat, dairy, bread, sugar, or coffee. All ingredients are organic. Detoxing here is not the same as fasting: buffet-style meals are served generously, with plenty available.
Important! To fully immerse yourself in the experience, it is mandatory to hand in your smartphone, laptop, iPad, and/or e-reader for the full duration of the retreat, unless otherwise agreed with the organisation.
