At this silent retreat in Mandali, you will be gently guided through a process of stillness, healing, and insight. Throughout the week, you will work with your personal theme or life question — your Vision Quest. The program weaves together silence, meditation, yoga, energetic healing with Toña Wong Chung, and a Dr. Hauschka body treatment. This complete and carefully curated experience creates space to gain clarity about your path: the path of your heart.

This retreat is suitable for everyone — with or without prior experience of yoga or retreats — who longs for rest, depth, and a more meaningful connection with themselves.

Together with Christel Elbertse from Dr. Hauschkapraktijk Natuurlijk Mooi, a partner of this retreat, Toña will take you on an inner journey into silence — not only in the outer world, but also within yourself.

A silent journey often continues to unfold long after it ends. It is the combination of silence, nature, attention, and slowing down that creates the space to truly feel what matters most.

What makes a silent retreat so powerful is that silence is given the time to work more deeply. The serene setting of Mandali naturally supports this process.

Toña’s personal healing is a deeply attuned treatment combining massage, reiki, and pressure point techniques. While many retreats offer individual sessions separately, both the healing and the body treatment are included in this retreat.

Sharing Circle – speaking from the heart

Toward the end of the week, a Sharing Circle takes place. This is the only time during the silent days when speaking is invited.

The Sharing Circle has its roots in Native American tradition. One person speaks at a time, with silence in between. There is room for laughter, deep feeling, and sometimes tears.

You are invited to share a message from your heart without interruption and without judgment or advice from others. If you do not feel the need to speak, you are welcome simply to be present and listen. Everything is welcome.
