Join Xinia for an immersive 50-hour training created to deepen both understanding and lived experience of pranayama and meditation, two essential pillars of classical yoga. Blending traditional yogic wisdom with contemporary research, this course is designed for teachers and practitioners who want to integrate breathwork and meditation safely, skillfully, and with greater confidence into personal practice or teaching.
Grounded in the eight-limbed path of yoga, the training follows a progressive approach that supports the steady development of body, breath, and mind for a sustainable pranayama practice. Across two weekends, participants will explore theory, practical application, guided practices, group discussion, and self-reflection, alongside close study of traditional texts and current scientific insights.
