50H Ashtanga Intensive

This 50-hour intensive offers a focused and immersive introduction to the Ashtanga method, designed for practitioners who want to deepen their understanding with clarity and consistency. Through a thoughtfully structured program, participants will explore the foundations of the practice alongside the principles that support it both on and off the mat.

The experience includes yoga philosophy, functional anatomy of movement, energetic principles, pranayama, and meaningful conversations around lifestyle and ethics as a way of living rather than abstract ideas. Each element is approached with care to support intelligent practice, greater awareness, and a more integrated relationship to yoga.

Expect a balanced blend of study, guided practice, and reflection in an environment that encourages depth, precision, and personal growth.
