Throughout the retreat, you’ll enjoy twice-daily yoga sessions suitable for all levels, along with calming sunset slowdown experiences, meditation, and breathwork designed to support a settled nervous system. Begin your mornings with fresh sea air, explore the dramatic cliffs of Seven Sisters Country Park, unwind with massages, and connect with fellow retreat guests over nourishing vegetarian meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients.
Florence House provides a peaceful backdrop for the weekend, with tranquil gardens, cosy indoor spaces, and plenty of room to rest, reflect, and reconnect. Arrive as you are and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed.

Monday 20 July

Short yoga session to prepare the body for the day ahead
Nourishing breakfast before farewells and check-out by 10am
The yoga programme is suitable for those with some experience as well as more advanced practitioners. The practice is guided by how you feel rather than how you look, and you’ll be encouraged to honour your body and respect any injuries or limitations.
Morning sessions are typically slow flow practices, linking movement with breath to build ease, flexibility, mobility, and strength. Evening sessions are designed to help you wind down and prepare for restful sleep, with mindful movement and exploration to release tension held in the body. Breathwork, guided meditation, and Yoga Nidra will also be part of the weekend to help calm and soothe the nervous system.

Florence House offers beautifully decorated rooms in calming tones, with comfortable beds dressed in crisp white linens. It’s a restful sanctuary to return to at the end of each day.
All rooms look either toward the sea or the gardens. Accommodation options include a private room for solo travellers, as well as twin and triple rooms for those happy to share. Most rooms use shared bathrooms on each floor, with a small number of ensuite rooms also available.
