Designed for wellness enthusiasts
Created as a restorative escape from the pace of everyday life, this retreat brings together yoga, cold water immersion, and breathwork to help ease stress and tension while supporting a deeper sense of connection. It invites guests to slow down, reconnect with themselves, the natural world, and one another, while embracing the quieter energy of winter. With yoga for stress relief, breathwork for clarity, cold-water immersion for resilience, and nourishing plant-based meals, the experience offers a holistic path toward healing, mental clarity, and personal growth. The intention is simple: to help you reset and leave feeling renewed, grounded, and revitalised.
Set in Wales and enriched by the presence of a private woodland pond, this retreat offers a truly distinctive wellness experience. The combination of transformative yoga, guided breathwork, and cold water therapy creates a powerful opportunity to recharge and reconnect in a peaceful natural setting. Surrounded by the stillness of the woodland, guests are supported in finding mental clarity, releasing stress, and opening space for reflection and renewal. It is a rare blend of nature and wellness practices designed to feel immersive, restorative, and deeply enriching.
