Yoga Styles: Traditional Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow
This 200-hour Yoga teacher training in Vancouver offers a strong and well-rounded foundation in multiple Yoga styles. You will study Traditional Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, and Vinyasa Flow, giving you the chance to discover the style that feels most natural for both your personal practice and future teaching.
But this training is about far more than learning how to lead asana. It is designed as a meaningful step in your inner journey — one that supports you in moving closer to your true self and living with greater authenticity. As one student shared, it can feel like a seed growing into something powerful.
Throughout the course, you will explore practices that support real transformation. These include Yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, alignment, breathwork, meditation, Ayurveda, and healthy eating habits. You will also study the body’s constitution and learn how Yoga wisdom can be integrated into everyday life.
