Namaste, I’m Ankur Atri, born and raised near the sacred city of Kurukshetra, the place where Krishna and Arjuna shared the timeless teachings of duty, righteousness, and spirituality in the Bhagavad Gita.
My yoga journey began with my brother, Sandeep. From an early age, our parents and grandparents guided us with devotion, love, and spiritual discipline. Their wisdom became the foundation of our lives, and our childhood was shaped by exploring many paths of yoga together. That shared learning created a strong bond between us and a lasting source of inspiration.
After school, I followed Sandeep into hospitality. Our shared interest in different cultures and lifestyles led us into the hotel management business.
Yet, as time passed, I felt called back to the spiritual path our family had honored for generations. Inspired by Sandeep’s return to yoga, I chose to reconnect with that heritage as well.
Together, we pursued advanced yoga studies and eventually opened our first yoga school in Rishikesh, India. This step reflected our common vision of sharing the transformative power of yoga with others.
My purpose is to support people as they discover the healing and transformative strength already within them. I am deeply drawn to yoga philosophy and enjoy sharing both its timeless wisdom and its practical value in daily life.
Through our school, we strive to offer a sanctuary for those seeking balance, harmony, and spiritual growth, while helping them understand the philosophical foundations of yoga and appreciate traditions that have shaped our culture for thousands of years.
Your body lives in the past, and your mind lives in the future. In yoga, both meet in the present.
