Located just below the yoga shala, the fully renovated rooms offer a simple yet comfortable place to rest between classes. Surrounded by Bali’s rice fields, they create a peaceful setting for reflection and restoration, with natural light, quiet surroundings, and modern amenities. Only 10 minutes from Ubud Central, this retreat offers a thoughtful balance of calm and convenience.
Over 3 weeks, you will move through immersive study, daily practice, and meaningful personal development.
This 200-Hour Yoga Alliance–certified program is guided by experienced teachers and covers asana, anatomy, philosophy, pranayama, and teaching methodology. It also includes the Leadership & Teaching Confidence and Sanskrit 101 workshops, supporting you as you build the skills to teach with authenticity and confidence.
Each day is thoughtfully structured to balance learning, self-practice, and reflection, helping you embody yoga both on and off the mat.
Three nourishing vegetarian meals are served daily — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to support your energy and well-being throughout the training.
On Sundays, which are free days, only breakfast is provided, giving you time and flexibility to explore Bali’s cafés and food scene at your own pace.
Light, nutritious, and full of vibrant flavor, the menu is designed to complement your yoga journey and support overall wellness.
All essential yoga props are provided, including mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets. These tools help support alignment, deepen your practice, and keep you comfortable in every session.
The program also includes a comprehensive training manual and supporting study materials covering philosophy, anatomy, asana alignment, and teaching methodology. You will receive templates, reflection journals, and guides to continue your learning beyond the course.
Each participant receives a Bali Yoga Hub Welcome Kit for the 3-week experience.
Inside, you’ll find a soft T-shirt, eco water bottle, journal notebook, and reusable tote bag — practical essentials created to keep you grounded, hydrated, and inspired.

Azmi is a teacher of yoga philosophy, meditation, and multi-style asana with more than a decade of dedicated practice.
