Azmi is a teacher of yoga philosophy, meditation, and multi-style asana, bringing more than ten years of dedicated practice to his work. Grounded in traditional study and spiritual discipline, he weaves together philosophy, movement, and mindfulness in a grounded, heart-centered way. Drawing from Vinyasa, Hatha, and Kundalini, he supports students in cultivating inner stillness, balance, and greater self-awareness.
With over a decade of practice and teaching experience, Azmi also teaches yoga philosophy, meditation, multi-style asana, and kriya. His path began in 2012, when he met a Balinese spiritual master and spent two transformative years studying in an ashram.
During that period, he practiced Number Meditation and explored Vedic philosophy in depth, using yoga asana to strengthen body and mind in support of meditation. His search for deeper understanding later led him to Hindu Dharma University in Bali, where he majored in Yoga and Health, and continued through several Yoga Alliance-certified teacher trainings.
Since 2014, Azmi has shared his knowledge through classes, workshops, and trainings. His teaching blends Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Kundalini into a holistic approach that connects movement, breath, and awareness. Rooted in tradition yet open and accessible, he guides students toward stillness, self-realization, and harmony between the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga.
