Ardani Hardy

Ardani is an E-RYT 500-hour yoga teacher from Indonesia with a solid background in both Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Her teaching is shaped by a lively spirit and a calm, grounded presence, creating classes that feel both focused and welcoming. With a natural mix of discipline, warmth, humor, and authenticity, she invites students into a practice that goes beyond movement alone.

Rather than centering only on physical postures, Ardani encourages a deeper connection to the essence of yoga through awareness, self-expression, and heart-centered guidance. Her sessions offer space to explore strength, breath, and presence while staying connected to the deeper meaning of the practice.
