Step into the role you’ve been sensing within you.
This immersive hybrid training unfolds in a Tuscan chestnut forest, offering a setting of depth, stillness, and genuine transformation. It is more than a certification — it is a threshold for those ready to move beyond surface-level practice and into a more purposeful way of living.
Designed for students who want to go all in, the program blends live guidance with self-paced study so you receive personal attention without losing flexibility. Classical Hatha and Kundalini are taught as contemplative disciplines, with no unnecessary material and no rushed, fast-track approach.
At the midpoint of the on-site immersion, the schedule pauses for a day devoted to ceremony and renewal: a cacao kirtan gathering around the fire, followed by sauna and cold plunge. It is a chance to reconnect with your body before the second half of the training begins.
The curriculum is grounded in practice, theory, anatomy, pedagogy, and philosophy. Rather than focusing on perfecting shapes, it invites you to understand yourself more deeply through the teachings of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, Tantra, Bhakti, and mantra chanting.
The training includes:
Arjuna Dharmadas and Arpita Kshama Devi bring more than two decades of lived practice to the training. Arjuna is an E-RYT 500, naturopathic doctor, and lead teacher whose path has included Theravada Buddhism, Vipassana meditation, and Sivananda Yoga across Asia and Europe. Arpita, with a Master’s degree in Buddhist Studies with Sanskrit and ongoing doctoral research, guides meditation with intellectual rigor and open-hearted warmth.
Every morning begins at 7am with practice, sunrise, and intentional silence.
Included: 200+ hours of live and online instruction and practice; 12 nights of accommodation plus 6 additional nights for the optional 5-day retreat; all meals with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options; comprehensive course manual and workshop notes; ceremonial cacao kirtan and sauna session; communal evening activities; personal guidance throughout and after the journey; assistance with travel booking and flight research if needed.
Dates: 3–15 September 2027, with on-site participation spots available. Super Early Bird rates are valid until 3 September 2026. An old-student discount is available, and graduates who refer a friend each receive a €300 personal retreat voucher.
The venue is a 200-year-old Tuscan country residence set within ten hectares of forested hillside, one hour from Florence and Pisa and 40 minutes from Lucca. Deer at dawn, stars at night, and the quiet of a true yogi home create the atmosphere for this experience.
Accommodation is included in your tuition and ranges from a 5-bed dorm and shared twin/double rooms to private rooms and private garden cabins. The optional five-day silent retreat can be taken within 18 months of completing the training.
Upon successful completion — including 95%+ attendance, a presentable practicum class, and passing the final exam — you receive an international Yoga Instructor Certificate recognized for RYT-200 registration with Yoga Alliance.
