A personalised one-to-one recovery session combining guided ice bath immersion, sauna therapy, and nervous system regulation practices designed to build resilience, reduce stress, support recovery, and restore mental clarity.

Each session is adapted to your individual goals and current state, creating a focused space to challenge the body, regulate the mind, and leave you feeling calmer, clearer, and more energised.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be confirmed in advance to secure your spot.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours before the class start time. Any cancellations made within 4 hours of the session will be non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
