Yorgos Aryavrat

Since the age of seventeen, Yorgos Aryavrat has been devoted to meditation, spiritual practice, and the study of Orthodox mysticism and Gnostic Christianity. Rather than relying only on intellectual study, he has always been drawn to direct experience and a deeper understanding of inner life through lived awareness.

His path was further enriched through initiation into the Kriya Yoga lineage and its practices, which complemented and expanded his earlier experiences. Today, Yorgos is an initiated teacher of Shivoham Tantra and shares his work through in-depth meditation retreats designed to support sincere inner exploration.

Known for his calm nature and grounded presence, he creates a space where participants can relax, open up, and feel at ease. His retreats invite quiet reflection, deeper connection, and the kind of atmosphere where people naturally feel at home.
