Yogi Rajesh Rawat Ji

With more than 10 years of teaching experience, Yogi Rajesh Ji brings depth, clarity, and inspiration to every yoga session he leads. As an E-RYT 200 and RYT 500, he serves as the lead teacher and director of yoga teacher training courses at Kaivalyam, guiding students through a well-rounded path that connects the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of yoga.

His expertise includes Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga yoga, Pranayama, and shat-karma, all shared through a teaching style that is both grounded and uplifting. Rajesh Ji holds a master’s degree in yoga sciences and is currently pursuing a PhD in yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar. For him, teaching is more than instruction — it is an opportunity to encourage, support, and inspire each student in his own thoughtful and distinctive way.
