Born in Haridwar and later based in Rishikesh, Jaggi grew up in a family deeply rooted in yoga practice. His connection to the path began in early childhood, guided first by his grandfather, a respected yogi of his time, and shaped by years of reading the Bhagwat Gita and other ancient Indian texts. That early curiosity about life gradually evolved into a lifelong dedication to yogic study and practice.
He completed his formal education with an MSC in Yoga and Science from Gurukul Kangri University, then spent many years traveling through the Himalayas in search of masters and deeper learning. Along the way, he studied with numerous teachers and developed extensive knowledge across multiple traditions. Jaggi is especially skilled in Hatha Yoga and brings experience in yoga therapy, marma therapy, alternative therapy, asana, pranayama, and mudra bandha. His teaching reflects both classical wisdom and practical depth, offering a grounded and authentic yoga experience.
