About me

Breathe is, for me and for everyone, a gentle reminder to slow down, take a deep breath, and return to the present moment.

I am a seeker and a dreamer, guided by synchronicity and the magic of life. I believe there is meaning in every meeting and in every new step toward our goals, always with a grateful heart.

With many years of experience in the spa sector, I have worked as a massage therapist and Reiki Master in luxury wellness centers and spas in Italy, Spain, and Denmark. I am currently also working at Marienlyst Spa, a place where my soul is drawn to the beauty of the seaside.

I truly love what I do. It never feels like work to me, because I find joy in seeing people leave the treatment room with a smile, a lighter spirit, and a relaxed body.

I am a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM), and I love facilitating the course with parents and their babies. I strongly believe nurturing touch is the foundation for loving future generations. As a mother of two beautiful little girls, I discovered both my strengths and my vulnerabilities, which is why I also chose to become a facilitator in Mindful Motherhood Training.
