
With more than a decade of dedicated yoga practice, Virginia Méndez has turned her personal path into a heartfelt calling: creating spaces for sharing, support, and transformation. As a yoga teacher and Reiki therapist, she offers experiences that nurture the body, mind, and heart with care and intention.
