Usha

Usha is a devoted Kundalini yoga teacher and retreat facilitator who shares her work in the beautiful Costa Blanca. As a mother to an 8-year-old boy, she brings a grounded, nurturing presence to everything she offers, creating a space that feels both welcoming and deeply supportive.

At the heart of her teaching is a passion for helping people move through healing and reconnect with their true, authentic selves. Her approach is warm, intuitive, and centered on guiding others toward greater clarity, balance, and inner connection.

Usha also honors her Indian heritage through cooking, bringing delicious food into the retreat experience as an expression of care, culture, and nourishment. Her offerings combine yoga, healing, and heartfelt hospitality, inviting guests to slow down, restore, and feel truly held.
