Full Moon Ceremony

In circle and ceremony, healing deepens. When we come together in this way, the experience ripples outward, supporting the collective as well as each individual.

For me, ceremony has been one of the most powerful parts of my own healing journey.

As I light the palo santo and clear the space, I prepare with intention for what needs to be shared in that moment.

I work closely with the moon and her cycles. At each Full Moon, we gather to honour her energy, receive her gifts, and invite healing for everyone present.

There are both spoken and unspoken benefits to sitting in circle under the Full Moon. Some participants choose to share their experience, while others sit in quiet witness to the healing unfolding around them.

The moon is a feminine symbol and, across cultures, it reflects the rhythm of time and our own cycles. It reminds us that we are part of nature itself. Moon energy speaks to our inner self, intuition, wisdom, emotions, and guidance. By working with her energy, we can strengthen this inner knowing and awaken more of the magic within.

The circle reflects life’s continuity, with no beginning and no end. In my ceremonies, I weave together Kundalini yoga, meditation, and gong to help you feel more connected to your true essence and soul path.

Each ceremony ends with a light, delicious Indian vegetarian/vegan meal, offering space to continue the conversation and share in community. Community is magic.
