Tabata Villares Ogilvie (Byron Yoga Centre)

Yoga teacher and author of the book “Burst Into Bloom”, she brings a deeply personal and empowering perspective to her work. Drawing on her own life experiences and transformations, she invites women to look beyond the reflection in the mirror and reconnect with their deeper purpose, inner fulfillment, and sense of joy.

Her teachings are rooted in service and support, with a focus on the many stages of a woman’s journey. Through thoughtful guidance, she explores meaningful topics such as the menstrual cycle, hormones, fertility, pregnancy, early pregnancy loss, and menopause. Her approach creates space for reflection, healing, and self-discovery, encouraging women to embrace their evolving path with greater clarity and confidence.
