Stephen Roehler

Stephen is a breathwork facilitator, feng shui consultant, and amateur farmer whose work is shaped by a deep appreciation for balance, transformation, and intentional living. Originally from Southern California, he spent more than 15 years in New York City before dividing his time between Philadelphia and a small farm in Paonia, Colorado, with his partner, Mike.

His path into breathwork began in 2018, when he discovered the practice and experienced a profound shift in his own life. That personal transformation sparked a lasting commitment to the field and led him to train with master teachers Erin Telford and David Elliott. Stephen completed Breathwork Healer Training Levels 1–5, bringing both lived experience and formal study to the sessions he facilitates.

With a grounded, heart-centered approach, Stephen creates space for participants to explore breath, release tension, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive setting.
