Dr. Scott Blossom is a longtime faculty member of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, bringing more than 25 years of experience to his teaching and clinical work. His approach weaves together Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda, yoga somatics, and evidence-based nutrition, creating a holistic perspective that is both practical and deeply informed.
He began his studies under the guidance of gynecological specialist Dr. Shu Rong Zhu and has since worked extensively in women’s health in a clinical setting. More recently, Scott completed training in the Reversal of Cognitive Decline (ReCODE) protocol developed by Dr. Dale Bredesen, the only protocol shown in clinical trials to produce measurable cognitive improvement or stabilization in 74 percent of participants.
Through his teaching, Scott offers thoughtful education and grounded tools to support neurocognitive health, especially during the menopausal journey. Participants can expect a knowledgeable, compassionate presence and clear, practical wisdom rooted in decades of integrative experience.
