Satvika

Founder of Ashram Ibiza, Satvika is a Hatha Yoga and meditation facilitator who has devoted herself to yoga in India since 2004. Nine years later, she became an internationally certified teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT® 500), and since then has supported hundreds of students in profound transformation.

Her specialty is Traditional Hatha Yoga: a conscious, structured practice rooted in ancient wisdom. Her classes weave together asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, and yoga philosophy, offering an experience that reaches far beyond the physical level. In addition to traditional meditation methods such as Vipassana and mindfulness, she also shares Active Meditations (Osho) and Yoga Nidra, creating space for different needs and stages of practice.

Satvika teaches in Spanish and English, both in person and online, with a warm yet grounded presence that encourages a stable, meaningful, and embodied practice. Her approach moves away from trends and yoga as performance, instead offering a path that is practical, adaptable to modern life, and faithful to its origins. She travels regularly to India to continue her own spiritual growth and study directly with her teacher.

She also mentors yoga teachers who want to deepen their teaching or build a sustainable path.
