Sarah Spence

Sarah Spence is an E-RYT 500 Hot Vinyasa yoga instructor with certifications in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, LSD, Hands On Assists, Hot Yoga, YACEP for Hot Asana Yoga University, Reiki Master training, Tarot instruction, Buti MVMNT, and Somatic Movement. She is also a studio owner.

Sarah began practicing yoga in 2012 and quickly felt drawn to the energy of the hot room. That experience inspired her to pursue teaching, and she completed her 200-hour certification in 2017 under Virginia Gallagher and Angela Hsu. After training, she left her job to focus fully on yoga, teaching full time and managing several studios before purchasing Hot Asana Yoga of Colorado in 2022.

She feels grateful to guide others through asana and is passionate about sharing the same sense of freedom, healing, and self-discovery that yoga brought to her own life. Outside the studio, Sarah enjoys jujitsu, reading, and dog training and nutrition, and she is currently working toward becoming a Certified Professional Canine Nutritionist.
