Radasi Aryavrat

Immersed in pristine nature and guided by a deep sense of sacred connection, Radasi Aryavrat brings a grounded, heartfelt presence to her teaching. With 28 years of devoted yogic exploration, she weaves together yoga, traditional tantra, meditation, ritual, holistic living, and mental health awareness into one integrated path of self-discovery and presence.

Since 2007, she has been teaching Hatha Kundalini Yoga and Tantra, sharing practices that reflect both depth and lived experience. Alongside her work as a teacher, she also serves as a counsellor and spiritual guide, offering support with a warm, loving, and practical approach. Her work invites participants to connect more fully with their natural state, while exploring the inner landscape with clarity, care, and authenticity.
