
Pratik began his yoga journey in Rishikesh, India, in 2009. Since then, he has studied and practiced a range of yoga styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga, inspired by how they can support injury prevention, recovery, physical and mental strength, and a deeper sense of inner peace.
He is also a certified First Aid Responder and an adventurer at heart, with experience that spans flying helicopters, preparing Ayurveda-inspired food, leading ice bath experiences, guiding high-intensity workouts, and occasionally playing DJ sets.
From a childhood that took him across five continents to his work with yoga enthusiasts, MMA fighters, rugby teams, armed forces, search and rescue divers, pilots, and even celebrities, his path has been wide-ranging. He looks forward to sharing his journey from physical well-being to holistic and spiritual well-being.
Pratik is a Yoga Instructor, Adventurer, and First Aid Responder. He specializes in Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and Vinyasa yoga. He is also a certified first aid practitioner, with 15 years of teaching experience and a master's degree in yoga.
