
Pilin Anice, E-RYT 500 and lead Kripalu faculty, is a gifted guide who brings together Ayurveda, meditation, yoga, ritual, self-care, nutrition, dance, and drumming as pathways to reconnection, healing, and authentic living. For more than a decade, she has supported students in returning to the wisdom of their own bodies and to the joy at the heart of their being. Deeply committed to community, Pilin creates and nurtures nonjudgmental spaces at Kripalu where every person can be seen and heard, and where every body is free to move fully and with ease.
A graduate of Howard University and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Pilin serves on the faculty at Kripalu and Ailey Extension. She is also an experienced health coach, artist, commercial model, MIRROR trainer, and lululemon ambassador. Her upcoming cookbook, Mmm…Good, centers on real, whole foods as both nourishment and medicine. Her work has been featured on GMA, The Today Show, The New York Times, Dance Spirit, FORBES, ESSENCE, MindBodyGreen, and SELF, and she has appeared in campaigns for Fortune 500 companies including Disney, Visa, and Google. She also holds partnerships with THE WELL, Omega Institute, 1440 Multiversity, Dubai Yoga Fest, and SoulFEST.
Pilin’s work spans a rich range of holistic practices, including yoga, meditation, ayurveda, ritual, self-care, nutrition, dance, and drumming. She is also a certified E-RYT 500 yoga teacher.
