Neesha

With more than eight years of teaching experience, Neesha brings together the precision of a physiotherapist and the intuition of a yoga instructor in a thoughtful, supportive approach to movement. Her classes are designed to emphasize alignment, nervous system regulation, and sustainable practices that encourage long-term wellbeing.

As one of the few instructors in Victoria trained in BackMitra Yoga, she offers a distinctive blend of clinical knowledge and mindful flow. Participants can expect sessions that help ease tension, support better posture, and create a sense of deep relaxation throughout both body and mind. Her teaching style is grounded, approachable, and ideal for those seeking a more balanced and restorative yoga experience.
