
With roots in Rishikesh, yoga has been a natural part of Mohit Bhandari’s life and spirit from the very beginning. Drawing on years of learning and practice with experienced yogis and teachers in Rishikesh, he has also completed formal yoga studies at one of the region’s most renowned ashrams. His teaching focuses on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga, offering students a balanced and thoughtful approach to asana practice.
