Healing is woven into the human experience, regardless of who we are or where we come from. Life brings us through many situations and circumstances that support our evolution, and it is through our own capacity to heal that we can also support others in finding their own inner light.
Born in Argentina, I developed an early love for visual arts, music, and dance. London’s vibrant cultural landscape soon drew me in, and I followed that calling as a young spirit. There, I studied Graphic Design and later earned an MA in Communication Design at Central Saint Martins.
After arriving in London, I began exploring many forms of yoga, including Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Iyengar, while also becoming a dedicated meditation practitioner. After ten years working as a designer in small independent agencies, I reached a point of deep questioning and felt the need to step away from my relationship, my career, and the life I had built. That turning point opened the door to spirituality. In that challenging period, yoga and meditation became a profound gift—something that grounded me, steadied me, and helped me stay focused through adulthood.
After careful preparation, I took a sabbatical and spent a year traveling around the world. In that period of reflection, it became clear that yoga had been a constant and meaningful companion in my life, and that teaching was a natural next step. I completed my certification at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy in Montreal, Canada, and returned to London to begin a new chapter as a yoga teacher.
From there, my path became a deeper journey of self-discovery. I sought out more knowledge on yogic traditions, especially Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and the many spiritual practices I encountered along the way. I attended numerous courses and workshops in the UK, France, and India. Drawing from these varied influences, I began teaching classes that are flowing, dynamic, energizing, and also deeply relaxing. I love exploring the relationship between breath, movement, and chakra awareness, and I teach with the intention of guiding people inward—toward nourishment, intuition, and the Divine within. I work closely with the vital breath, leading students into stillness and inviting meditation.
Through the rich diversity of yoga techniques and teachings, I began facilitating deeper healing workshops that included medicine movement, guided meditations, 5 Elements Dance, and cacao ceremonies. I attended workshops in London with shaman Andrea Durand, where I learned about sacred plants, ancestral healing, and sound healing drum sessions. Around the same time, I studied Shamanic Breathing (Holotropic) in workshops with Eliane Young in London. While living in Paris for a year, I joined African drum dance workshops, which opened a new path of exploration and renewed my lifelong love of dance. Back in London, I immersed myself in Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythm Dance.
In 2013, I had the opportunity to travel to the rainforest in Brazil and take part in an Ayahuasca Sacred Plant Retreat, an experience that changed the course of my life. After making several journeys between London and Brazil in search of deeper healing, I felt a strong calling to settle in Brazil and fully immerse myself in Sacred Medicine. This path transformed me so profoundly that I now feel called to support others who are seeking Her. I was introduced to Sacred Plant work through the Peruvian Shipibo tradition, and later worked intensely with the Santo Daime lineage, eventually sitting around the fire with the ancestral tribes Huni Kuin and Yawanawa. From these teachings, I hold space.
Through facilitating Ayahuasca Retreats, I moved from being a student to assisting and guiding others. The ceremonies I hold are not tied to one specific lineage, but draw from the many traditions I have learned from over the past decade. I create a setting where Ancestral Medicine can teach and reveal herself in the most gentle and supportive way. I am now permanently based in Brazil, a place I call home and a home for my soul, which inspired me to name my house CASA ALMA. After fulfilling the dream of buying my own house, I transformed it into a healing space—a sanctuary for emotional, intuitive, and spiritual guidance. It is a beautiful, safe, and comfortable environment for nourishing body, mind, and soul in the presence of the Atlantic Rainforest, the jungle, and Mother Nature.
In Bahia, I discovered what became the love of my life: the ocean. I fell deeply in love with surfing, and once again, a new chapter began. During Brazil’s rainy season, I started traveling to lead Yoga & Wellness Retreats at surf camps around the world, visiting Indonesia, Costa Rica, Mexico, and El Salvador.
My commitment to the spiritual path and to supporting others as a guide and facilitator has shown me, heart, and soul that when we help heal another, we heal ourselves. The cycle continues, because we are all truly one. I hope your time in CASA ALMA feels nourishing and supports you in growing into a brighter being of light—which you already are.
