Mai Waleed

Mai is a Thai massage therapist and martial artist who has spent the past five years consistently deepening her understanding of the body through Chinese internal arts and energetics. She teaches Taiji Quan and Qi Gong, and has built her experience through study with different schools and approaches.

She is a disciple of Wudang Xuan Wu Pai and the second female disciple of Master Tang Li Long, a 15th-generation Xuan Wu Pai master.

Her approach to Taiji Quan and Qi Gong goes beyond any single style. Having studied both arts through two different schools, she combines everything she has learned with the intention of uniting mind and body and aligning more fully with spirit.

Mai’s path into Thai massage began in 2018, when she was introduced to the method during an introductory workshop. From that moment, she knew it was a practice she wanted to pursue.
