Lucie Rezacova

Yoga teacher, therapist, and ayurvedic consultant Lucie Rezacova offers a thoughtful blend of movement and holistic care in every session. With training in yoga therapy and ayurveda, she works from the belief that the body can support its own healing when given the right conditions. Her approach combines precise alignment, breathwork, and intuitive touch, creating a space where practice feels both grounded and deeply restorative.

Drawing on her background as a massage therapist, Lucie helps students soften physical strain and release emotional tension that may be held in the body. Her sessions are designed as more than a standard yoga practice — they invite participants into a guided therapeutic reset, supporting greater ease, awareness, and balance.
