With more than 15 years of experience, Lexi offers yoga classes shaped by joy, connection, and mindful breath. Her path into yoga began during graduate school, when she turned to the practice as a way to navigate stress, and it has since grown into a teaching style that feels welcoming, empowering, and accessible to every body and experience level.
Raised in Oregon and now living in the Columbia River Gorge, Lexi is deeply inspired by the natural world and brings that sense of presence and exploration into her teaching at Wild Bloom Yoga. Her background includes a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification from Jaya Yoga School, restorative yoga training, and experience as a Master Naturalist, Leave No Trace Educator, and Wilderness First Aid responder. Together, these experiences create a grounded and supportive approach to every retreat.
Having spent time in San Miguel de Allende, Lexi is especially excited to lead her first retreat with Traverse Journeys in this beautiful region of Mexico.
