Description

Explore a vibrational doorway into the human crystalline field. Ancient traditions such as shamanic lineages and Indian Rishis understood that the body carries a subtle energetic system that can be reached through sound and intention. When crystal bowls, gongs, voice, flutes, and other sacred instruments are played with healing purpose, they can create a deep sense of stillness, quiet the mind, release stress from the body, and open space for relaxation and healing.

In this session, you will explore instrument handling and playing techniques, discover specific areas of the body to clear, and learn how these living mineral tools can partner with us in our present expression and support us in reaching our highest vibrational love potential.

Lea Garnier has worked in the healing arts for more than 25 years and is an established practitioner in the field. She is the Director of Sage Academy of Sound in Woodstock, New York, which she founded in 2007. Lea is also an Upledger-trained Craniosacral Therapist and has been practicing since 1990. In addition, she is a certified yoga instructor trained in the Desikachar lineage.

A student of the shamanic arts, Lea’s ongoing interest in therapeutic sound for healing led her to organize the first annual comprehensive Sound Healing retreat in the northeast in 2010, The Sound Healing Retreat Intensive. Now in its 15th year, it continues to serve as a platform for pioneers in sound healing to gather, exchange knowledge, and share wisdom, often creating deeply transformational experiences for participants.
