I welcome you with open arms as a spiritual mentor, vortex tour guide, Taoist and Arcturian energy healer and bodyworker, Chi Kung teacher, Somatic Stress PTSD release facilitator, and medicine woman. I am devoted to transmitting light, sharing messages of love, and offering ancient wisdom teachings in a way that feels both grounded and uplifting.
My purpose is to support peace, joy, and happiness in the lives of others by helping raise human frequency and clear away heaviness. I am here to walk alongside those on a path of spiritual awakening, offering healing and energetic upgrades across the 7 subtle bodies: physical, emotional, mental, karmic, Soul, and Divine.
We all need a deep cleansing of old conditioning, and I am here to help “polish the diamond” within you so you can shine like a star, remember who you are, and reconnect with your true essence. My work is rooted in devotion, kindness, and a vision of expanding into a Unified Field of Unconditional Love. I am here to support the re-birth and rebuilding of a New Earth timeline for the next 7 generations.
My spiritual awakening was catalyzed in 2002, when I received a hug from the Hindu saint Amma during her Darshan. Not long after, I entered a Mystery School, where I studied indigenous ways of prayer and altered states of consciousness. Over seven years, I completed 144 Ayahuasca ceremonies with the Santo Daime Church, 88 Native American Church ceremonies, sweat lodge and vision quest experiences, and became a Pathkeeper and Guardian. During that time, I was deeply devoted to the path and later became certified to facilitate plant medicines for therapeutic purposes.
In 2004, I supported my teacher in the realization of a prophecy to gather 13 Indigenous Grandmothers in Council. I later became a Minister of Prayer and created the Ministry Training Program, filming spiritual teachers and Grandmothers for the online school.
In 2010, I began studying Biodanza, a somatic dance practice that helped me understand how to transform patterns of repression. It taught me the five basic human needs for a fully alive life: vitality, affectivity, sensuality/sexuality, creativity, and transcendence. After graduating from the International School of Biodanza in 2012, I found a deep sense of self-love and community through conscious dance.
During that period, I struggled with serious digestion and elimination issues, which led me to the Chi Nei Tsang Institute. I discovered this 5,000-year-old Taoist energy healing method for massaging the internal organs and eventually became an advanced practitioner, helping clients support gut healing and process the emotional body.
In September 2013, I traveled to Mount Shasta for a hair-letting-go ceremony and made a major life change. That same day, the spirit of a Golden Lion named Lionheart appeared to me at Stewart Mineral Springs and delivered a prophetic message: I was to build a retreat center and learn new healing methods. Four months of guidance followed, and I knew Mount Shasta was where I needed to be.
By April 1, 2014, I had moved to a cabin in the forest near the McCloud River and launched Lionheart Healing Center Collective, offering Chi Nei Tsang healing sessions and detoxes. Over time, my life, relationships, and career were transformed in service to this mission. Through profound periods of loss and darkness, I turned inward, deepened my prayer practice, and strengthened my connection to angels and Divine Love. After healing my own wrist injury with Somatic Stress & Trauma Release, I became a practitioner and expanded my work into PTSD healing. I also studied the Arcturian Healing Method, working with the Quantum Field to heal childhood trauma and ancestor karma.
One step led to another, teaching me to trust life. I am deeply grateful for the many human angels I have met along the way. For the past six years, I have supported retreat leaders from around the world and their groups. In 2023, I founded Starlight Vortex Tours, offering magical tours that I am honored to share. It has been my greatest joy to work with so many Starseeds on their ascension path.
With deep gratitude to my ancestor spirit Lionheart and to Mount Shasta, I honor the journey that has carried me far beyond my wildest dreams.
