Kerri Kresinski

Founder, director, and head coach at Sweet Retreats, Kerri is an aerialist, dancer, choreographer, and coach. Since 2000, she has been performing and teaching acrobatics, dance, and aerial arts, with a career that has taken her to shows and festivals around the world. Her lifelong work as both artist and teacher has focused on deepening the study of the body in movement and expression.

Kerri is passionate about helping people build self-awareness through physical and emotionally curious exploration, while developing a movement practice that supports personal freedom and lifestyle. She teaches core conditioning, functional fitness, floor work, aerial skills, acrobatics, dance, mobility and stability, creative development, and anatomy for movers. Her background in herbalism, Chinese medicine, ayurveda, massage, and nutrition informs her physical coaching. Her aim is to guide students toward a strong, embodied, sustainable, and enjoyable movement practice.
