Since 2002, Indigo has been teaching vinyasa and restorative yoga in studios and gyms, at festivals and retreat centers, and in inspiring outdoor settings like parks and rooftops. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true community is created through breath, silence, laughter, and shared yoga mats.
With years of experience and a deeply personal practice, Indigo continues to refine her teaching in ways that feel both subtle and strong. This ongoing evolution supports more authentic movement and a greater sense of spaciousness in the breath. Her presence is warm, grounded, and full of life, shaped by her journey as a woman navigating a beautiful, imperfect world.
Indigo is also a mother and grandmother, and she lives in Denver with her husband, daughter, and beloved dog Jezebel. She looks forward to bringing people together again, reconnecting distant friends, and welcoming new ones into a rejuvenating shared experience.
