Daria Rasmussen

Daria Rasmussen is a somatic practitioner, mindfulness teacher, and founder whose work is rooted in both formal training and lived experience. She is a Somatic Experiencing® practitioner, trained through Somatic Experiencing International, and she also studied breathwork with Dan Brule. With a master’s degree in sociology, she brings a thoughtful, grounded perspective to every session, blending body-based awareness with a clear understanding of human behavior and change.

Her approach is shaped by years spent in corporate life, an experience that taught her firsthand what it means to stay productive while slowly losing connection with herself. Rather than treating that chapter as a side note, she weaves it into her teaching as part of the curriculum. Daria’s contemplative practice runs quietly beneath her work, supporting an approach centered on BARE: Breathwork, Awareness, Regulation, and Embodiment. Through this framework, she creates space for participants to reconnect with themselves in a structured, supportive, and deeply human way.
