Weekend retreat for couples
Long-term relationships are shaped less by dramatic moments than by the everyday drift: the mornings that begin before the coffee is ready, the conversations that stay practical because practical feels easier. Over time, many couples end up relating to a version of each other that was formed years ago, before life shifted in quiet but significant ways. This retreat is designed to meet that distance with care.
Created from lived experience and refined with couples since 2021, the programme is not about fixing something that is broken. The connection is often still there. What it offers is something more spacious: time to pause, to turn toward one another again, and to do so with curiosity.
Connection first. Conversation second.
Embodiment before language.
Much of what we know about another person is learned through closeness, shared space, and years of being side by side. The retreat moves between conscious movement, breathwork, and playfulness to bring you back into the body and offer each other the gift of full attention.
Listening
Real listening is uncommon not because people are unkind, but because listening to respond has replaced listening to understand. These sessions invite a different kind of presence: genuine curiosity about the person in front of you, along with practical tools simple enough to use on an ordinary Wednesday morning.
What we do, if we had to name it
Connection. Curiosity. Care.
Beyond words
The body often knows before the mind does. Couples who have been moving in parallel begin to notice this on the first morning through closeness, breath, movement, and enough stillness to truly see one another.
With words
Nothing closes a conversation faster than assuming you already know the other person. The sessions are designed to reopen what familiarity can quietly narrow through guided conversations and playfulness.
Slow days. Long conversations.
We could share the timetable, but the retreat is designed to loosen the need to know everything in advance. The rhythm changes with the season.

YOUR GUIDEs
Daria & Heine Rasmussen
FOUNDERS
“The quiet erosion in most relationships is not conflict. It is the moment you stop being curious about the person you already know. We built this retreat because we lived that, and because we discovered the questions were simpler than we thought.”
Daria works closely with breath, body, and what the nervous system knows before the mind catches up. Heine works at a different scale altogether, with what is ancient and vast. Together, they hold both the intimate and the infinite across the weekend.
“We continue to connect and communicate and our time with you has really made a huge difference in our relationship. Thank you for creating such a lovely safe space for us to explore who we are and who we are in relation to others.”
Mariska
“Even after 30 years together it gave our relationship new meaning that we will treasure every day and try to live by every minute.”

Built from canvas and timber, this chalet offers a rare sense of openness, allowing the valley to remain part of the experience from the moment you arrive. You can feel the presence of wind, water, and the first light of day moving gently through the space, creating an atmosphere that is simple, grounded, and deeply connected to nature.
As the most minimal of the three accommodations, it is designed for guests who value closeness to the land and the quiet beauty of an unfiltered setting. Here, comfort is expressed through simplicity, and each moment feels more immediate and present. It is an ideal choice for those seeking a more elemental stay, where the natural surroundings are not just nearby, but part of the room itself.
