
Chloe is a 500hr RYT, a Certified Hot Asana Assist, a Certified Massage Therapist, and a Hot Asana Yoga University Lead Trainer.
Yoga came into her life in 2018 at exactly the right moment, and it has remained a guiding force ever since. Her journey has taken her from front desk support to teacher, massage therapist, and teacher trainer, with Hot Asana serving as a true home through many seasons of growth. She also feels a strong connection to the outdoors; hiking, like yoga, has taught her to keep showing up, breathe through discomfort, and trust the process even when the path feels steep. Above all, Chloe believes life is meant to be enjoyed, and she loves making movement feel fun. Her classes are shaped by rhythm, joy, and a sense of play, with beat-driven playlists and creatively sequenced flows that move with the music. Expect smooth transitions, unexpected moments, and an experience that helps you drop into your body feeling both empowered and free. Whether the practice is flowing, laughing, or settling into stillness, Chloe believes in our ability to heal and connect, and she is grateful to share this wild, beautiful ride.
