Cecilia Barham

Since 2010, Cecilia has been teaching yoga, first drawn to the practice as a way to support a healthy body. Over time, she discovered its deeper mental and spiritual benefits, which inspired her to share yoga with others and guide them toward the healing it can offer for both mind and body.

Books have always held a special place in her life, and she has spent 30 years working in libraries, where she now serves as a public library director. She loves reading, exchanging book recommendations, and bringing that same sense of curiosity and connection into every space she enters.

At home in nature, Cecilia also enjoys traveling with her high school sweetheart, now her husband of 23 years. She shares her life with three beloved dogs who bring her endless joy.

Honored to be part of the Retreat in the Pines community, Cecilia looks forward to leading yoga sessions and helping create meaningful connections in this sacred space.
