



Join Cecilia Barham for a restorative weekend designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel supported in every moment. Freshly prepared meals by Chef Paulina Magdaleno will nourish you throughout the stay, and the team looks forward to welcoming you to the pines.
Check-in / Out
Arrival check-in is from 4:00–5:30 pm. If you choose early check-in and arrive before 4:00 pm, your card on file will automatically be charged $25. For arrivals after 5:30 pm, please meet in Gratitude Hall. Departure is at 11:00 am on Sunday.
Weekend Details
Take what you need and leave what you don’t—this is your retreat. All meals and activities begin on time. Meals are freshly prepared by the onsite chef and served buffet style. Guests with dietary restrictions may have fewer options available. Dinner includes a complimentary glass of wine. You are also welcome to bring beverages or snacks, and your accommodations include access to a kitchen.
Optional Activities
Saturday massage appointments are available, with the balance due at the time of service. Gratuity is not included.
Other Information
Relax Boutique offers additional shopping, including Retreat in the Pines hoodies, tanks, tees, long sleeve tees, handmade eye pillows and glasses, journals, and other goodies. Cards only.
Guest Safety Information
Guests are expected to behave in a way that keeps themselves and others safe. Excessive drinking or drug use will not be tolerated. Anyone who violates these guidelines will be asked to leave without a refund.
What to Bring
Pack yoga clothes and comfortable clothing for relaxing. The yoga studio thermostat is set to 75 degrees, so layering may be helpful. Bring a refillable water bottle, closed-toe shoes for walking the property, slippers or socks for indoor use, slip-on shoes, a journal or book for free time, toiletries, and rain gear if needed. You may also bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. For better sleep, consider bringing your pillow, ear plugs, or white noise.
If you plan to bring food or beverages, your accommodations include a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Please do not store food in bedrooms.
Retreat in the Pines will Provide the Following
Food and beverages, bedding and towels, a hair dryer, body wash and lotion, plus yoga mats, bolsters, straps, blocks, and eye pillows.

Chef Paulina Magdaleno began her culinary path during the pandemic, turning her passion for cooking into 24.7 Healthy. Inspired by a personal experience with health challenges in her relationship, she embraced healthy, organic, clean eating as a meaningful form of support. Her work reflects a belief that wellness is a right for everyone, and that sharing it is a responsibility.
