E-RYT 200. Yoga teacher. Born in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, Ankita grew up in a deeply spiritual home, where the values of the Guru-Shishya Parampara tradition were instilled in her from an early age. With a strong spiritual foundation provided by her parents, she consciously chose the path of yoga and devotion at 17. Academically, Ankita earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, a background that deepened and sharpened her scientific curiosity. By the age of 20, she had already completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training. Her analytical, science-oriented mindset inspired her to explore yoga through a more experiential and rational lens, leading her to pursue a two-year Master’s in Yogic Studies.
Ankita’s journey in yoga is shaped by the meeting of her family’s spiritual values, her personal devotion to spirituality, and her academic training. Since her teenage years, she has volunteered with various spiritual organizations, driven by a desire to encourage a spiritual way of life among her friends and community. Professionally, she has taught yoga philosophy for more than five years, with a particular specialization in this field. Her gentle nature and calm way of speaking make her an excellent guide for meditation and Yoga Nidra. With her peaceful, steady energy, she brings a distinctive sense of calm to her classes, creating an atmosphere that supports the sharing of spiritual knowledge. As the youngest teacher and one of the most qualified members of our team, Ankita is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those seeking yoga or spirituality as a way of life. Her personal purpose is to spread the message of yoga and spirituality, helping others discover a better path through her teachings.
