Amanda Mackey brings a grounded, compassionate approach to yoga, shaped not only by years of teaching but also by her own experience of burnout and recovery. She understands what it means to feel depleted, and she offers yoga as a practical path back to balance, energy, and self-connection. Her teaching is accessible and real, inviting students to meet themselves exactly as they are—whether they arrive exhausted, disconnected, or simply ready for change.
With nearly a decade of experience teaching across multiple yoga styles, Amanda has developed a versatile and thoughtful presence in the classroom. She is a former studio owner in Central New York, a regular assistant teacher at Blue Osa Yoga Retreat & Spa, and recently supported Yogi Aaron during a North India teacher training and retreat. Her background also includes certification in multiple yoga styles, along with specialized training in energy work. Students can expect a supportive, practical, and deeply human experience that encourages healing from the inside out.
