Step away from burnout and give yourself the space to reconnect with your energy, your yoga practice, and the rhythms that truly support you.
This yoga retreat for burnout is more than a change of scenery. It is a deliberate reset for your nervous system, your vitality, and your overall well-being.
Burnout rarely arrives all at once. It tends to build quietly, showing up as ongoing exhaustion, an endless list of obligations, and the feeling that you are constantly running on empty.
If this feels familiar, you likely already know it is time to step back. Not for a quick escape, and not for a short break, but for genuine rest, reconnection, and recovery.
The Good Energy Yoga Retreat was created specifically for people navigating burnout. Rather than packing the days with constant activity, this immersive week is designed around slowing down, restoring balance, and returning to yourself.
Led by experienced yoga teacher Amanda Mackey at Blue Osa Yoga Retreat on Costa Rica’s remote Osa Peninsula, the retreat offers supportive practices, space to breathe, and a setting that encourages deep restoration and clarity.
Recovering from burnout takes more than a few days away from work. It means removing yourself from what has been draining you, practicing tools that help regulate the nervous system, and allowing your body to truly rest.

Amanda
Amanda Mackey understands burnout not just as an idea, but as something she has lived through. As a yoga teacher, former studio owner, and someone who has experienced periods of depletion herself, she brings insight into what it takes to rebuild energy from the ground up.
Amanda’s approach is grounded, accessible, and practical. She teaches yoga as a way to return to yourself, meeting you exactly where you are, whether you feel exhausted, disconnected, or ready for change.
“Burnout happens when we disconnect from what actually sustains us. This retreat isn’t about pushing yourself to do more yoga or be more productive. It’s about giving yourself permission to rest deeply, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and remember what good energy actually feels like.”
This yoga retreat for burnout follows a gentle pace, allowing you to unwind gradually over the course of the week.
