Description

Alex's passion is discovering the power of the breath, emotions, mind, and anything our bodies consume. He has been practising meditation since 2010, which, for him, is the foundation for almost everything. He is a certified yoga teacher in different yoga styles and traditions, and to deepen his knowledge of working with the breath and the body, he has completed the Breathwork Teacher Training under Anthony Abbagnano at Alchemy of Breath School and further studied with other breathwork schools (BioDynamic Breathwork (BBTRS), Wim Hof and Dan Brule).

Alex worked for many years in hospitality and as a chef for a restaurant in Germany, specialising in dishes for people with food allergies. His passion for healthy food is always part of his retreats.

He has also studied computer science and business informatics for 6 years and has run his own web and IT service company for 10 years. He knows the challenges of a busy and stressful life. For him, meditation and using the breath are the foundation for dealing with nearly every situation in life. From attending many retreats, workshops, and courses worldwide, he combines everything he learned and will share from these traditions, which have further developed through his practice
