Yoga Working Holiday

Enjoy a balanced rhythm of movement and contribution with a daily yoga class paired with approximately 3–4 hours of work each day. This experience is designed for those who want to stay active, grounded, and connected while spending time in a supportive retreat-style setting.

The work changes depending on the season and the current needs at Casa Mayor, offering variety and a practical way to be part of the space’s daily life. Alongside your responsibilities, you’ll have the opportunity to begin or end the day with yoga, helping you stay centered, energized, and present throughout the experience.

This is a simple and meaningful way to combine wellness, mindful routine, and hands-on participation in a welcoming environment.
