Yoga Trainings

We’re delighted to welcome Liz, founder of Lakshmi Rising, for her 200-hour and 300-hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Trainings, both accredited by Yoga Alliance. This immersive experience blends philosophy, intelligent sequencing, and embodied movement to support a deeper understanding of yoga from the inside out.

Across the training, participants explore asana, pranayama, meditation, and ayurveda in a way that feels both practical and transformative. The program is designed to offer a holistic perspective on yoga as a way of life, while also providing a strong foundation for those who feel called to teach.

Whether your intention is to become a teacher or to deepen your personal practice, this training invites you into a meaningful journey of growth, self-inquiry, and lasting change.
