This special retreat in Rishikesh is designed to use the tools of yoga to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual vitality. It is especially meaningful for people dealing with physiological, psychosomatic, or somatic-psychological concerns who are seeking a natural path toward better health. At the same time, it also welcomes those in good health who want to understand how yogic disciplines help maintain balance and optimal well-being.
Through guided practice and study, participants learn how yoga can create harmony between body, mind, emotion, and spirit, often leading to renewed energy and a deeper sense of inner balance. Combined with a supportive environment, lifestyle guidance, and suitable diet, these practices can bring powerful and sometimes surprising benefits.
Daily yogic discipline may help manage a wide range of common health concerns, including asthma, sinusitis, headaches, migraine, short-sightedness and long-sightedness, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, high and low blood pressure, arthritis, common cold, acidity, tonsillitis, indigestion, insomnia, constipation, colitis, gastro-enteritis, diabetes, obesity, cervical spondylitis, back pain, slipped disc, sciatica, depression, nocturnal emission, impotence, vaginismus, prolapse, menstrual disorders, hernia, skin diseases, personality disorders, and more.
A strong sense of self-motivation is essential for this retreat. Participants should also note that the program does not oppose modern medical science or other therapeutic approaches; rather, it aims to coexist, complement, collaborate with, and confirm them.
For personal comfort and hygiene, guests may bring their own bed sheets, pillowcase, sleeping bag, or blanket. Regular medical prescriptions and medicines should also be carried. Other useful personal items may include a torch, umbrella, and padlock.
During free time, participants may enjoy camping, hiking, meditation at the holy Ganga beach, Ganga Aarti, visits to ancient temples, ashrams, holy people, and Rishikesh city, as well as waterfall outings, river rafting, ayurveda massage, shopping, and more.
Our courses and retreats follow a strictly traditional, yogic lifestyle approach. We stay aligned with authentic schools of yoga and spirituality such as Ramakrishna Mission, Sri Aurobindo Society, Yogoda Satsang Society of India, Bihar School of Yoga, and others. We do not teach modern trends such as Iyenger, Ashtanga, Acro, Yin, Vikram, Power, or similar styles.
With our educational background and experience in authentic yoga, we offer a unique environment to learn, heal, and grow in a safe, relaxed, and supportive setting. Rooted in compassion, kindness, and love, our promise is to provide strong pre- and post-course assistance and to answer your questions throughout the journey.
